KachaBazar is a full-stack MERN e-commerce application transformed into a containerized and deployment-ready environment with a strong focus on DevOps practices.

DevOps Implementation

• Containerized the Store, Admin Dashboard, Backend API, and database seed service using Docker.

• Implemented Docker Compose for multi-service orchestration and local development.

• Created production-oriented multi-stage Docker builds for optimized container images.

• Integrated MongoDB Atlas as the managed database service.

• Configured container networking and environment-based configuration.

• Implemented automated database initialization through a dedicated seed service.

• Prepared the application for CI/CD and production deployment on AWS.

Production Architecture

• Designed an AWS deployment architecture using GitHub Actions, Amazon ECR, Amazon ECS, Application Load Balancer, and AWS Secrets Manager.

• Planned an automated workflow from source code changes to Docker image builds, registry deployment, and ECS deployment.
